I'm currently working as a Quill artist on this powerful immersive story called 'Blood Speaks'

'Blood Speaks' was created by Indian transmedia artist and activist, Poulomi Basu and follows the transformation of Maya, a teenage girl, into a superhero whose powers derive from the process of menstruation. Created in Quill, Maya's magic crosses boundaries and breaks taboos. We follow Maya from Nepal to London where she forms a bond with a local British Indian teenager. Together they reveal the hidden modes of patriarchy that exist throughout modern Britain. 

This immersive experience journey's through Maya's blood lines using those facets of female sexuality that has so often been used as a pretext for subjugation, and turns them into a source of power.
